The Abandoned Carts tab will hold records of any booking that reached the checkout page but were not completed. On the booking journey a customer will have had to add products to their cart and then their details on the payment page to create and abandoned cart.
Whilst on the check out page a record will show both on the Bookings Tab, the bookings management calendar and the Abandoned Carts tab. int he Bookings tab the booking will be proceeded with an orange circle letting you know it is not yet complete.
If the customer doesn't complete the booking then it will disappear from the Bookings tab and bookings management calendar after 20 minutes but stay in the abandoned carts tab.
To access your abandoned carts tab:
1. Login to your dashboard
2. Click on the Bookings and Enquiries tab on the left hand side of your dashboard
