To start, click Add New in the top right corner of the Dates and Special Events Page.
Complete the details of the event, you can find an explanation of all sections in the Overview Article.
The key event details are Name, Date, Start Time and End Time.
Once completed, press Submit at the bottom of the page to continue to your products.
You are now on your Event's Booking Types page, this page is pre-populated with details from your main Booking Types tab. If you don't have any product categories then you will need to contact your account manager to have these added.

You can now add or remove any products for your event.
Adding new products will add them specifically to this event. Removing products (when accessing through Dates & Special Events) will remove them from this event but will not remove them from your main Booking Types tab.
Booking categories can be set up to run over multiple steps, talk to your account manager about editing the customer checkout journey.
You can now chose to Submit your event to make it live, or you can click Event Distribution across the top of the page to display your event on other channels.
