How To Create a Confirmation SMS Template

In Booked It, you can create your own personalized SMS confirmation template for your customers. Here’s a walkthrough of how you can achieve that. 

Creating Confirmation SMS Template

  1. After logging into your Booked It account, click on the eye icon of the venue whose confirmation SMS template you want to create.

  1. Select the Email & SMS tab from the left pane.

  1. Next, select the SMS Templates option and press the Create Template button.

  1. Now, you can start by filling in the name for your template and the SMS body.

  1. You can also choose between the Active and Default template types for your SMS.

  1. For personalizing the SMS body dynamically, you can use various placeholders provided by Booked It:

  1. Finally, after specifying your template, you can press the Save button to save your SMS confirmation template.
