How To Create A Product Set
On Booked It, you can create a Product Set for all the different services you are looking to sell on the platform. Here’s a little walkthrough on how you can create a product set:
Creating Product Sets
- To begin, sign in to your account and select the eye icon associated with the venue you want to add Product Sets to.
- Now, inside the Venue page, click on Product Sets.
- In the Product Sets tab, click on the Add New button.
- Next, give your Product Set a name and choose the dates when the Product Set is available.
- Users can also add step(s) for their Product Set to make the booking journey more streamlined.
- Once you’ve added the steps, users can decide whether they want to bear the Operational Cost themselves or to pass it on to the customer.
- Next, fill in the general terms and conditions for the Product Set and choose the templates from a dropdown menu for the Email and SMS customers receive when they book the Product Set.
- Users can also add a Custom Field in case they want extra information from the customer, like their Dietary Requirements.
- Once everything is done, press Save & Close to complete the Product Set.
