How To Create A Snippet

In Booked It, you can create snippets to get a specific view of your events. Here’s a brief walkthrough of how you can create a snippet in Booked It. 

Creating A Snippet

  1. To start, log into your account and click on the eye icon for the venue you’d like to create a snippet for.

  1. Next, click the Settings option from the left pane.

  1. Select the Snippets tab from the navigation bar.

  1. Now, press the Create Snippet button to open the snippet creation page.

  1. From the popup window, select the snippet view type you want for your snippet and press Confirm.

  1. Now, you can start by filling in the name for your snippet and specifying the type for it.

  1. If you’re creating an Event type snippet, you can check various Options for your snippet. The three choices include showing the description, cost, and type.

  1. Finally, select the snippet template that you’ve previously created and press the Save button to complete your snippet.

  1. After saving your snippet, it will appear in the Snippets window in Settings, from where you can edit or delete it.
