How To Create Discount Codes & Coupons

Using Booked It, you can create discount codes and coupons for your customers to apply to a specific event. Here’s a little walkthrough so you can start creating these codes and coupons:

Creating Discount Codes & Coupons

  1. To start, log into your account and click on the eye icon for the venue where you’d like to create the discount code and coupons.

  1. Now, inside the Venue page, click on Coupons.

  1. In the Coupons tab, select the Add new button.

4. Next, fill in all the details and specifications for your discount coupons. You can start by entering the coupon name, discount code, and the discount applicable. Moreover, you can also specify the discount type and the application method according to your own requirements.image2.png 
5. Next, proceed to add the start and end date for the coupon’s usage.

  1. You can also specify the total number of coupons as well as the number of times a single user can utilize the discount code.

  1. Additionally, you can also limit the usage per user per day for the coupon by filling in the Uses per user per day section, as well as the time interval between uses, using the Can use again section.

  1. Finally, you can add the Min total of the Cart, which specifies the minimum amount that should be available in the cart for the coupon to be applicable. In contrast, the Max total of the cart can be used when the discount type is set to a percentage; this puts a cap on the total discount applicable through the coupon.

  1. Once you’ve filled in all the information, click on the Save button below to save and publish the discount coupon.
