How To Duplicate An Event

Events created in Book It can be duplicated and edited. This comes in handy if you’re looking to create a new event, with similar details of an existing event. Here’s how users can duplicate their event: 

Duplicating Events

  1. After logging into your account, click on the eye icon to choose the venue whose event you want to duplicate.

  1. Next, click on the Events tab.

  1. Now, find the event you want to duplicate. You can use the search bar to search for the event’s name.

  2. Once you’ve selected the event you want to duplicate, click on the duplicate icon.

  1. Now, you can change any details inside the duplicated event and click on Save & Add to publish it.

  1. Once created, you’ll then have the option to immediately view or edit your event, change your products, and even promote the event.
