How To View Your Sales
Using Booked It, users can view all the sales-related stats of their venue. Here’s how to view them:
Viewing Sales Stats
- Start off by logging into your Booked It account and clicking on the eye icon beside the venue whose stats you want to view.
- Next, click on the Sales & Inquiries tab. This page will display different statistics for your venue.
- To view sales statistics specifically, simply scroll down, and you’ll see all the bookings made by individual users along with their respective details. You can view all the important details of each booking here, along with the customer’s ID, email, booking status, and the amount paid.
- You can even sort the bookings based on their ID, Booking Date, and Date the booking was made.
- Clicking on the Abandoned Carts section should show you the same details for bookings that customers have in their cart but haven’t really proceeded with checkout.
