Enquiry Templates - If using the dashboard for enquiries you can create a number of different templates to allow for quick replies to customers.
Email Templates - Create templates to send to customers for a number of interactions including; Booking Confirmation, Booking Reminder, Payment Link, After Booking Email and more.
Tags - Create different tags to be used on the Enquiries page, you can customise the name and colour of the tag.
Category Groups - Used to group different Booking Categories together.
Resources - Resources are the individual spaces that host bookings within Zones.
Zones - If using Bookings Management you can create different areas to host bookings.
Bulk Slots - From here you can manually add Blocks on your resources in bulk.
Chargebacks - If a customer has requested a chargeback against you it will be displayed here.
Venue Admin - If someone already has a Booked it profile then you can add them to your dashboard as a manager here.
