How To Create a Confirmation Email Template

In Booked It, you can create your own personalized email confirmation template for your customers. Here’s a walkthrough of how you can achieve that:

Creating Confirmation Email Template

  1. After logging into your Booked It account, click on the eye icon of the venue whose confirmation email template you want to create.

  1. Select the Email & SMS tab from the left pane.

  1. Next, select the Email Templates option and press the Create Template button.

  1. You can start by filling in the name of your template and its subject. Next, choose between the Active and Default template types for your email.

  1. Onto creating the actual email. Scrolling down, you’ll be able to use the built-in editor to specify various parts of your email template.

  1. For personalizing the email, you can use various placeholders stated below.

  1. Moreover, you can also include different attachments in your templates to send them to your customers.

  1. Finally, select whether you want to send the email to the venue managers too, and if it should include the pdf.

  1. Once everything’s wrapped up, use the Save button to save your template. You can also run a test email to preview your template by pressing the Save & Send test email button.
